2. How Voice AI works: The technology behind the telephone

Enterprise Search and Knowledge Base: Finding the answer. The third step is knowledge retrieval. The system searches a knowledge base for the appropriate answer: product database, FAQ system, CMS, CRM, DMS, or a combination thereof. This is where the quality of any Voice AI is determined.
